He is survived by: his wife Virginia Marie Odom Wiggins; his daughters, Kimberly Marie Wiggins and Danielle Annette Wiggins Frazier; his grandchildren, Dillion Delano Thomas and Delaney Nicole Thomas; and his siblings, Ray Wiggins, Pauline Byrd and Helen Jones.
