He is survived by: his wife Sandi Diamond Harvell; his children, Butch Harvell, Jr. (Kelsie), Bradley Harvell (Emily), Blake Harvell (Sumer), Brittney Green (Joseph), Kimberly Carraway (Tony) and Brandon Harvell (Emily); his stepchildren, Alison Pelfrey (Daniel) and Brent Pelfrey (Brandy); his mother Annie Jean Williams; and his siblings, Paul Jacob Harvell, III (Toni), Linda White (Paul), Paula Rich (Craig) and Angela Watson. He is also survived by other relatives; and friends.
