She was predeceased by: her husband Francis "Doyle" Goff. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Perkins, Wayne Goff and Kimberly Keller (Robert); her grandson James Cook; her grandson-in-law James Ford; and her grandchildren, Brandy Cross, Brandon and Zachary Goff.
