He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold A. Taunton and Ann Hoyle; and his brother Donald Earl Taunton. He is survived by: his wife Karen Taunton; his sons, Kyle Gray and Daniel Gray; his sisters, Beth Ann Bruner and Rosella Holmes; and his cousin Steve Bridgeman (Jo Oswald).
