He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Leroy and Rebecca Bolding Lewis; his wife Karen Lewis; his children, John Lewis (Ava) and Angela Lewis Fleming (Brad); his brother Mark Lewis (Pam); his granddaughters, Annalore Scott, Adalyn Fleming and Alyssa Fleming; his father-in-law Terry Weltman (Donna); his brother-in-law Terry Weltman (Linda); and his sister Deborah Sims. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and seven furbabies.
