He is survived by: his wife Vickie Yvonne Butler Ingalls; his children, Terena Rae Ingalls and Raymond Joseph Ingalls, Jr.; and his siblings, Rita Ingalls Spencer, John Ingalls and Donald Ingalls. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
