He was predeceased by: his parents, Presley Cousins, Sr. and Peggy Cousins; and his siblings, Burl Cousins and Jo Yancey. He is survived by: his wife Pam Cousins; his children, Brad Cope (Tammy), Jimmy O'Shields, Michelle Waite (Jeff) and Will (Nicole); his granddaughter Frances Kay "Frankie"; his cousins, Leigh Ann Puetz (Will), Caleb Cope, Thomas Waite, Jr. (Tricia), Hollie Arnold (Jason) and Mitchell Waite; his siblings, Irene Holcomb and Mike (Joyce); and his cousins, Norine Williams and Missy Czerpak (Ken). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
