We are sad to announce that on July 26, 2024, at the age of 83, Opal Daniel Aldridge of Eclectic, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Aldridge; her daughters, Pam Gates, Nadia Hughes and Samantha Evans; her parents, Laylor Daniel and David Daniel; and her siblings, Jerry Thornton and Shelby Daniel.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Daniel, Starla Watkins (Jeff), Wanda Cosby (LaDon), Judy Weed (Kenneth), Rhonda Whorton (Daniel Dickey), Mary Whitt (David) and Lee Evans (Katia). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
