He is survived by: his wife Patricia Owens; his children, Jasen Allums (Heather), Jeromy Allums (Kim), Daniel Owens (Tracey), Nathan Owens (Ashley) and Maranda Capell (John); his siblings, James Edward Owens, Sue Grier, Gene Owens and Bill Owens; and his grandchildren, Preston Allums, Todd Allums, Amy Allums, Brandi Allums, Savannah Morgan, Wyatt Owens, Cassie Lynn Owens, Scott Owens, Katie Capell and John Nicholas Capell. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
