She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Shealey and Florence Cunigan (Claude Foster Jr.); her siblings, George Cunigan (Smokey), Niczora Leonard and Clara Kelley; and her children, Teresa Pace and Charles Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Purter (Ernest), Sandra Thomas (Nathaniel), Antha Matthews (Van), Pamela Foster and Leonard Chapman (Wade Chapman); and her grandchildren, Angelic (Johnny), Nicki James (Devron) of Eclectic, AL., Mark Foster, Kayla Foster, Kyle Foster of Montgomery, AL., Michael Purter Atlanta (Michelle), Eric Purter, Jessica Pace, Tracy Buckhannon (Ramona), Kevius (Latoya), Kourtney Matthews, Kristopher Matthews (Shirley), Julius Brown, Quinton Moorer of All Eclectic, AL. and Leonard Chapman Jr.. She is also survived by 43 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
