It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Infant Willow Jade Jernigan (Eclectic, Alabama), who passed away on July 13, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Sophia Jernigan. She is survived by: her parents, Lorri R. Weldon and Jeffrey Jernigan; her siblings, Tristan Huett, Savannah Jernigan, Landon Jernigan and Channing Jernigan; and her grandparents, Sandra Formby, Bart Formby, Chris Weldon, Bubba Pace and Lisa Vergara.
