He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Harris and Annie Harris; his daughter Deborah Holloway; and his siblings, Albert Harris, Frank Harris and Idabell Boswell.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Ann" Harris; his son Steve Harris (Christy); his siblings, Floyd Harris and Naomi Hill; and his grandchildren, Mary Lindsey (Trey), Patty Williams (John), Judy Carwile (Jeremy Ott), Dustin Harris, Mason Carter, Dylan Carter, Charles Carwile (Glenda), Dana Carwile, Janet Millwood (Scotty), Roylee Carwile Jr. and Dean Harris. He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
