He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Faye Wadsworth; and his sister Shirley Baker. He is survived by: his sons, Larry Wayne Wadsworth and Steven Lee Wadsworth; his grandson Jacob Ryan Wadsworth; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Paul and Paxton Reed Wadsworth; and his siblings, Judy Winslett, Kathy Strength (Don) and Terry Wadsworth (Betty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
