He is survived by: his children, Donna Stokes Nelson (Steve) and Kevin Stokes of De Stokes; his siblings, Billy Stokes and Lisa Stokes Brown; his grandchild April Nelson Sexton of Tanya Nelson; and his great grandchildren, Barrett Sexton, Caleigh Sexton, Jeni Nelson and Brooklyn Nelson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
