He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Joyce Campbell Haynie; his parents, Larkin Bell Haynie and Jettie Mae Brooks Haynie; and his brother Steven Lamar Haynie. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Lynn Meek (Jim); his daughter-in-law Lynn Haynie; his grandchildren, Robbie Haynie (Beth), Dylan Meek (Hannah), Cole Haynie (Vanessa) and Lane Haynie (Laykan); his great grandchildren, Addilyn Haynie, Hayes Haynie, Sadie Meek, Danger Haynie and Bensen Meek; and his brother Joseph Haynie (Jenny).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gassett Funeral Home (204 E Charles Ave, Wetumpka, AL 36092). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bullard Cemetery (11605 Georgia Rd, Eclectic, AL 36024).
