He was predeceased by: his wife Katye Holley; his parents, Abe Holley and Mattie Holley; his brothers, Heflin, Rudolph, Albert and Herman Edward Holley; and his great grandchildren, Sophia Parker and Barron Ash Jackson.
He is survived by: his sister Eunice Thompson; and his nieces and nephews, Byron Woodie Holley Jr. (JoAnn), Marty Holley (Shari), Debbie Daugherty and Sharon Heisler (Monte). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
