He was predeceased by: his son David Glen Wingard; and his father Glen Wingard. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Wingard; his children, Tammy Wingard and Jason Wingard; and his sister Glenda Hughes. He is also survived by grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
