He is survived by: his wife Wendy Sterling Castaneda; his children, Daniel DeWayne Castaneda, Timothy Truett Castaneda (Rachel), Andrew Thayer Castaneda, Tiffani Sterling (Jeremy) and Arabella Allen; his grandchildren, Gage Castaneda, Haven Castaneda, Mason Castaneda, Andrew Allen, Aria Sterling, Addyson Herald and Millie Herald; and his siblings, Patty Brooks (Tim) and Jackie Brooks (Steve). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
