It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tommy Anthony Smith of Eastaboga, Alabama, who passed away on August 29, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Oliver and Mary Bannister Smith; his nephews, Joey Smith and John David Watts; and his niece Diana Watts.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Smith; his children, Lucy Bannister (Tyler) and Jason Whitten (Kayla); his grandchildren, Jaci Whitten and Hunter Whitten (Haleigh); his great grandchildren, Milleigh Whitten and Ryver-Leigh Bell; his siblings, Becky Pendergrass and Stuart Smith; his brothers-in-law, Harvey Watts (Bonnie) and Bob Watts; and his nieces and nephews, Kecia Witt, Kathy Davis, Kim Cook, Ann Pearson, Christy McKinney, Stephanie Mayfield, Brent Pendergrass, Stuart Smith, Levi Watts, Greg Watts and Bobby Watts Jr.. He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews, and a host of extended family members and friends.
