With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wayne Crouch (Eastaboga, Alabama), who passed away on February 2, 2019 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Crouch and Marion Crouch; and his granddaughter Ava Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Mary Crouch; his daughters, Allison Lewis (Josh) and Bethany Hindman (Bailey); his grandchildren, Abby, Jack, Izzy, Micah, Julia, Sam Lewis, Brayden, Emma and Samantha Hindman; and his brother David Crouch (Lola).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research hospital, 262 Danny Thomas PI, Memphis TN 38105.
