He is survived by: his wife Diane Hughes; his sons, Rodney Paul Hughes and Randall Milton Hughes II (Kassie); his granddaughters, Kalie Hughes Crosby (Trent) and Savannah Hughes; his nephews, Ronald Curtis Hughes and Samuel Joseph Hughes; and his niece Christy Reaves (Scott).
