She was predeceased by : her husband Charles Hurst; her parents, Tom Self and Gertrude Self; and her brother Dewitt Self Mrs. She is survived by : her children, Katrina Mount (Anthony), Sherry Woods (Ray) and Terry Hurst; and her brother Ed Self (Evelyn). She is also survived by 5 Grandchildren, 12 Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces and Nephews.
