She is survived by: her husband Donald Tatera; her daughter Ponda Ferrara (Vincent); her grandchild Lee King (Shannon); and her great grandchildren, Jessica King Gerdts (Ashley), Kelby King, Matthew King and Kaydon King.

Memorial donations may be made in Johnnie's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
