He was predeceased by: his father Henry Hale Jr.; and his brother Tommy Hale. He is survived by: his son Jimmy W. Hale Jr; his mother Mary A. Hale; and his siblings, Johnny Hale, Barbara Agee, Janet Willoughby (Maury) and Judy Geier (Keith). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
