He is survived by: his wife Tanya Mahaffey; his children, Breanna Mahaffey (Pete), Magen Persinger (Andrew) and Wesley Mahaffey; his grandson Andrew Persinger; his sisters, Marcia Lackey (Owen), Vicky Langston (Frank) and Lisa Hand (Bryan); and his mother-in-law Carolyn Coleman (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
