He is survived by : his wife Melissa A. Bushey; his children, Melissa R. Bushey, Katlin Pruitt, Jonathan Bushey, Christopher West and Joseph Pruitt; his brothers, David Bushey, Dennis Bushey (Tiffany), Daniel Bushey (Natalie) and Donnie Bushey (Shelly); and his stepfather Curtis L. Cook. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
