He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie Susan Dulaney and Clarence B. Dulaney; his brothers, Clarence Dulaney Jr. and Frank Ray Dulaney; and his children, Donna Marie Jenkins and David Lamar Dulaney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Helen Dulaney; his daughter Renee Cochran (Tom); his grandchildren, Kenneth Dulaney, Trey Cochran (Marki), Abby Tolene, Kegan Cochran, Dawson Dulaney and Jeremiah Dulaney; and his great grandchildren, Cash Cochran, Cori J. Cochran and Avery Grace Tolene.
