He is survived by: his wife Jean Regnier; his children, Sheila Pate, Summar Eady (Daniel) of Anniston, Brandy Head of Pell City and Brock Pate of Oxford; his siblings-in-law, John Crosson (Kim) and Jo Mahaffey (Jock); and his sister Liane Marcum (Larry) of Indiana.
