He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Grace Bolin, Paul and Mattie Faulkner. He is survived by: his mother Sandra Gallahar (Jody); his daughter Kassidy Bolin Hollis; his brothers, Shane Slaton (Gina) and Joseph Gallahar; his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Jaxon and Klaiton Hollis; and his nieces and nephews, Katlyn McMahan (Dustin), Kayleigh Slaton and Phillip K. Slaton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
