He is survived by: his wife Kathy Carroll Amerson of East Brewton; his children, Steven Cook of Mobile, Shaun Cook of Pensacola and Christine Jernigan (Donald) of Brewton; his sisters, Linda Reider of Milton and Ann Roberts of California; his brother-in-law Dewayne Carroll (Deb); and his grandchildren, Arron Jernigan, Christine Cook, Destiny Cook and Tristin Cook. He is also survived by 7 Great Grandchildren, A number of Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home (2353 South Blvd, Brewton, AL 36426). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
