She was predeceased by: her son Kenny Crutchfield; and her grandson Austin Evans. She is survived by: her husband Henry Hooks of East Brewton; and her children, Angela Luthardt (Scott) of Brewton, Donna Evans (Larry) of Brewton, Dianne McMaster (Rob) of Milton and Kevin Hooks (Traci) of Orange Beach. She is also survived by Grandchildren (21) Great Grandchildren.
