She was predeceased by: her husband Charles M. Poole; her siblings, George Edward Shirley, William Earl Shirley, Marsha Gayle Hughes, Linda Faye and Martha Sue Lochkart; and her great grandchild Connor Scott Poole.
She is survived by: her children, Pam, Rick Clark, Kenneth and Kathy Poole; her grandson Jason Poole; and her great grandchildren, Nick Clark, Chris Poole (Tiffany), Kenneth Poole, Jr. (Mindy) and Kim Wyatt.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Central Alzheimer's Foundation.
