He was predeceased by: his son John Daniel Moore. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Cook Moore; his daughters, Sherry Tubbs (Joe), Karen Eubanks (Martin) and Tammy James; and his stepson Rickey Kynard. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
