He was predeceased by: his mother Gillie C. Dockery. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie of Duncanville, Ala.; his children, Lesley Searcy (Jim) of Prattville, Ala. and Matthew Hassell of Minneapolis, Minnesota; his grandson Sam Searcy of Dallas, Texas; and his siblings, Minerva Tatum of Coaling, Ala and Dawson Dockery (Katie) of Duncanville, Ala.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
