She was predeceased by: her parents, J. V. Whiddon and Marie Dearman Whiddon; and her siblings, Farrell Whiddon, James Whiddon, Bobbie Powell and Lillie Anderson.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Kristy Bolling (Marino); and her brothers, Hilton Whiddon and Tony Whiddon. She is also survived by spouse of 60 years, Robert Daniel Sport; their sons, nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
