He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Jr. Coggins and Christine Franklin Coggins. He is survived by: his sons, Mark (Melissa Coggins) and Jason Coggins (Laura); his grandchildren, Ian Coggins, Sean Coggins, Ava Coggins and William Coggins; and his brothers, David Coggins (Dianne), Clark Coggins (Debi) and Terry Coggins (Michael Parks). He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
