He is survived by: his wife Tina Scroggs; his children, Michael William Scroggs of Washington, Amanda Penn of Opp, AL and Anthony Gilmore of Brantley, AL; his mother Kathryn Wells of Gantt, AL; and his siblings, Mark Wells (Becky) of Indiana, Teresa Gilmore (Farrell) of Gantt, AL, Tina Coots (Dana) of Tennessee and Vickey Nelson (Jerry) of Indiana.
