She was predeceased by: her husband Hoover Dean; her parents, Dorothy Johnson McPherson and Harvey McPherson; and her brothers, Bobby McPherson and Junior McPherson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara (Danny Miles), Shirlene (James Barney Brunson) and Susie (Don Jackson); and her grandchildren, Susan (Jim Bass), Mike (Anna Brunson), Dan Miles, Jason (Christina Miles), Randy (Amanda Miles), Frankie (Nancy Dubose) and Stephanie (Roy Jackson). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Foreman Funeral Home (1516 M L King Jr Expy, Andalusia, AL 36420). A graveside service was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Dozier Cemetery.
