He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene Kelley; his parents, Earnest Kelley and Fannie Kelley; his former wife Gail Veasey Kelley; his daughter Brenda Ann Kelley Gulledge; and his brother Wayne Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Shreve; his children, Tim Kelley, Tommy Kelley, David Kelley (Jessica) and Tammy Kelley; and his siblings, Jerry Kelley and Jane Jowers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
