He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Dianne Summerall of Dozier; his daughters, Dawn Marlene Summerall (Stephen McMahon) of Yuma and Patricia Suzanne Summerall (Jonathan Miller) of Ocoee, Florida; his sister Marzie Smith of Bithlo, Florida; his grandchildren, Skylar Powell, Zander Powell, Jon Miller Jr., Piers Farthing (Heather) and Ana Conant; his great grandchildren, Asher, Gwenn, Ryker Danika and Nova; and his father-in-law Jack Pittman of Luvern, Alabama..
