She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bryant and Mary Lee Watkins Bryant; her son Roy Jones; and her siblings, Lucille Jacobs and Earsey Bryant.

She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Treece; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Jones (Seymour).

Virginia worked as a volunteer at Double Springs Elementary School, a custodian at Double Springs Courthouse, and as a volunteer helped with donations at D.H.R.
