He is survived by: his mother Joyce Mullican; his son Josh; his wife Kathy Mullican; his daughter Kara Bishop (Josh); his grandchildren, Cali Bishop and Cruz Bishop; his siblings-in-law, Mike Curtis (Deb), Debra Patterson, Connie Riddle, Judy Kilpatrick (Randy), Andrea Curtis and Angela Tidwell (Keith); his siblings, Beverly Reynolds and Murphy Mullican (Connie); and his nieces and nephews, Haley Rutledge, Miranda Smith, Caroline Tidwell, Kailee Curtis, Juliana Tidwell, Adam Reynolds, Wes Reynolds, Jason Riddle, Jonathan Riddle, Wes Kilpatrick, Matt Kilpatrick and Kyle Patterson. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
