He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Ann Beaird Sullivan; his parents, Walter Haywood Sullivan and Bertha Holloway Sullivan; his brother James Sullivan; and his son-in-law Chris Robins.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Franks, Kim Robins, Sam Sullivan, Jr. (Sara), Robert Sullivan (Mitzi) and John Sullivan; and his siblings, Mertie Murray, Louise Vanhorn, Elsie Clark, Agnes Clark, Kathy Wilkins, Walter Sullivan and Paul Sullivan. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
