She is survived by: her mother Margaret Fay Comeens; her husband Andy Pollard; her sons, Health Self (Taylor) and Kyle Self (Brooke); her brother Bruce Comeens (Sherry); her grandchildren, Zane Allen Self, Bexley Ann Self and Hattie Kay Self; her sister Debra Kay Daniel; and her aunts, Martha Burleson and Sharon Edwards. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
