It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Maxine Comeens of Double Springs, Alabama, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Batchelor and Elvie Batchelor; her husband Offie Willard Comeens; her brothers, Alvin and Ray Batchelor; and her siblings-in-law, Blaine Cagle and Reba Batchelor.
She is survived by: her brothers, Dennis Stewart and Terry Bendall; her children, Deborah Comeens Townsend (Jerry) and Randall Offie Comeens (Barbara); her grandchildren, Jason Townsend (Laura), Michelle Robins (John), Lindsey Fralix (Steven) and Jesse Comeens (Alisha); and her sister Gail Cagle. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
