He was predeceased by: his parents, John Glenn and Bertie Lee Garrison; his sister Gail Alexander; his son Zalmon Wayne Garrison; and his granddaughter Sarah Renee Ingram.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Joyce Garrison; his children, Zane Garrison, Zacharie Garrison (Vickie) and Zena Ingram (Marc); his brother Lee Dale Garrison; his grandchildren, Antonio McLain, Chris Hodge, Sean Ingram, Zacharie Garrison (Felicia), Ryan Ingram (Molly), James Garrison (Tiffany) and Dylan Garrison; and his great grandchildren, Jayden McLain, Jinsyn McLain, Jaxon Morgan of Adam Talis, D. J, Karson Garrison, Loryn Ingram, Calvin Ingram and Lillian Garrison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
