He was predeceased by: his parents, Silas Murphy Cagle and Willie Mae Bobo Cagle; his son Kenneth O'Dell Cagle; his siblings, Benjamin Murphy "Benny" Cagle and Evey Mae Cagle; and his great grandchild Adanias O'Dell Cagle.
He is survived by: his wife Erma Estelle Cagle; his children, Silas Darrell Cagle (Deborah), Bradford Doyle Cagle, Darrick Eugene Cagle, Darry Lee Cagle and Tina Elaine Bailey (William); his sister Mary Lou Borden; and his close friend Homer Rice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
