He was predeceased by: his former wife Ruby Nell Scrivner; his parents, Ila Nichols Scrivner and Lee Scrivner; his sisters, Louise Hocutt, Faye Holcomb, Jane Belcourt and Betty Simmons; and his great great grandchild Emmalee Alexander.
He is survived by: his wife Lois L. Scrivner; his children, Patricia Ann Turner (Mitchell), Terry Leon Scrivner, Billy Joseph Scrivner (Tammy) and Ruby Lynne Fox (Gene); and his siblings, Jerry Allen Scrivner and Jean Oswalt. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 13 great great grandchildren.
