He is survived by: his daughters, Adrienne, Ashley and Autumn Curtis; his grandsons, Kolten and Paxton Duncan; his brothers, George "Butch" Curtis (Lisa), Charlie Curtis (Jennifer) and Todd Adtkins (Delilah); and his girlfriend Debbie Barton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
