She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Lowell Twilley; and her parents, John Travis Bailey and Marjorie Noreen Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Lowell Scott Twilley, Beverly Diann Jackson (Ricky) and Joel Rayburn Twilley (Renae Rose); her grandchildren, Melody Burns, Megan Burns, Samantha Phelps (Ryan), Henry Burns (Kaylee), Janett Moore (Jesse), Laura Twilley (Dalton Cochran) and Noah Twilley; and her great grandchildren, Emmett Moore, Korra Moore, Kayden Burns and Rylee Mayne. She is also survived by in-laws, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
